We believe that every invitation should arrive as an informative presentation. Opening the package should be an anticipated event; the first in a series of wedding celebrations, reflecting you and the mood of your event.
We can help you select a theme or style and assist you with coordinating colors and concepts. Choose from many unique designs and graphics, or share your vision with us and we will create a custom package just for you. Coordinating maps, programs, save-the-date-cards, place cards, menus, favor tags, rehearsal dinner invites, announcements, thank-you cards and guest books can also be ordered.
Any size order is possible and we offer a wide range of prices due to the variety of combinations and choices. We work primarily with flat printing; however, we can work in raised printing, engraving or letterpress. Please call to schedule your personal consultation, to make an appointment to look at our portfolio, or to request a specific price quote.
We like to start our process by having you browse our portfolio. If you like our style and are interested in receiving an estimate for your event, we ask that you submit our online order questionnaire. Once we receive your order request we will contact you to further discuss what you're planning and we brainstorm. We help you choose a lettering style, papers, colors and printing process. Within 2 weeks, you will be sent 2-3 custom samples and a cost estimate based on our discussion. If you like the designs and decide to work with us, we request a signed contract and a 50% deposit at that time; prior to any design modifications or production. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery. Once your design is completed, you will receive a proof of your invitation - emailed to you as a .pdf file. With approval of the design, print production will begin. We like to allow 8 to 10 weeks for the entire process. However, we are able to do non-custom rush orders within 4 weeks with our existing designs. We schedule consultations on Tuesdays + Wednesdays from 10am - 4pm.
Our portfolio invitations generally range from $4-$15 for a set [based on an order of 100]*. A set includes: invitation, envelope, reply postcard and direction card. Price is based on design, order size and complexity - and includes one round of design and copy edits. There may be additional design fees if you would like to incorporate your own imagery, have something created for you, or provide a custom color to one of our existing stock images.
* Please note, pricing ranges based on quantities. Due to set-up costs in design, ink and press run, there is a constant cost for all jobs. Therefore, quantities less than 100 will cost more per set. Quantities greater than 100 cost less per set.
