We will contact you shortly to set up an appointment [via phone or in person depending on your location]. We ask thoughtful questions geared to help us learn about you, your business, your target market and what sets you apart from your competition. By listening, questioning + observing we establish clear goals and objectives for your project. Soon after our meeting, you will be sent a proposal based on our discussion. This detailed proposal will outline your company's unique challenges, the scope of the project, the steps necessary to complete the project and an estimated timeline and budget.
Prior to design or production, we request a signed contract and a 30% retainer. The remaining balance is billed monthly until the project is complete. For each piece of the project you will receive a proof [emailed to you as a .pdf file.] and a request for final approval. With project approval, we move forward with the exciting production process.
We schedule consultations on Tuesdays + Wednesdays from 10am - 4pm.
